Welcome to the opening of a new exhibition showcasing five emerging talents of ceramic art!

This year we reorient ourselves within our solar system. Check-in and adjust for discrepancies, finely tune our positions before we keep going. How do we make the best use of time appearing before us? Could we use it to reorient ourselves within our practices, to connect ourselves yet again to these materials that have existed since way before anyone ever needed to put numbers and names on days?

We put our feelers into the mud, make marks, create movement, we wait, we align, we carefully, steadily and with intention, build. A pausing of time through movements. Then we leap.

Then leap is an exhibition by Alice Davies, Linda Flø, Anders Hald, Silje Kjørholt and Sofia Nömm, graduating master students at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, Arts and Craft program.

RAM has partnered with KhiO to exhibit the newest tendencies in contemprary craft art on an annual basis and provide a professional plattform for art academy students to exhibit.
